ARRIVAL TRANSFER: On Saturday from 10 am - 12 pm (2-hour window)

DEPARTURE TRANSFER: On Thursday from 07:30 - 09:00 am.

Arrival/Departure Airport: Dubrovnik (DBV)

Please note it takes around 2.5 hours to drive from Mostar-Dubrovnik Airport, so your return flight should not depart before midday (12 pm). Many airlines including British Airways, EasyJet and Jet2 all fly direct to Dubrovnik Airport, where our driver will pick you up and take you across the border into Bosnia.

These transfer windows have been planned to align with most international flights to Dubrovnik. We welcome guests from all nationalities and countries to join the trip and can arrange separate airport transfers where necessary, for an additional fee.

Welcome to Bosnia!

We'll pick you up at Dubrovnik Airport and begin the scenic drive along the Adriatic coast as we enter Bosnia. Today you'll enjoy your first meal in Bosnia and begin exploring Herzegovina's beautiful mountain and waterfall scenery.

Tonight you'll spend your first evening in the Old Town in Mostar, only a few minutes walk from the famous Stari Most

Get ready for the adventure of a lifetime! So far you'll have seen the beautiful jade waters of the Neretva River flowing under Stari Most, and today you'll have the chance to actually ride the river.

Don't worry about needing to have any prior experience of rafting; our experienced skippers will give you all the guidance you need.

Halfway along we'll moor our rafts and enjoy a private beach BBQ!

Tonight, we'll check into our hotel in Sarajevo.

Today you'll wake up in Bosnia's capital city, where powerful and influential historical figures have permanently left their mark on the city. Our expert local guide will walk you through the cobblestone streets of the Bascarsija, where you can hear a muezzin make the call to prayer from the minaret of Gazi Husrev Beg mosque. Today we'll be hosting you for lunch in a karavanserai and sharing tales from this historic city. You'll also have some free time this afternoon to explore the traditional handmade crafts stalls and bakeries.

Today is the day we visit the memorial site of Srebrenica-Potocari, where at least 8, 372 victims were murdered in July 1995.

The worst event to take place on European soil since WWII, you’ll hear from a survivor exactly what it was like to be Muslim in Bosnia during the war. By visiting this memorial site you’re taking part in the necessary effort to keep these stories alive for future generations to learn from.

Frequently Asked Questions

The adventure trips are for 10 years old upwards, though we can allow slightly younger children depending on which trip you are looking at. Once you book a trip, we will schedule a call with you to run through what you can expect from the trip, including how active it is.

For the ladies-only trips there is no upper age limit, but you are required to have some level of fitness and be comfortable with long-distance travel.

Full and final payment will be requested no later than 4 weeks before your trip departure date. Should your trip not take place due to Covid-19 restrictions, don’t worry – your deposit will not be lost. You can cancel your spot and transfer your deposit onto the next available trip.
