A: Booking a tour is easy! You can book directly through our website by selecting your desired tour, choosing your preferred dates, and completing the online booking form. Alternatively, you can contact our customer service team, who will be happy to assist you with the booking process. Simply email tripmanager@halaltravelguide.net 

 A: In most cases, flights are not included in our tour packages unless explicitly mentioned.

Our tour packages generally cover accommodation, transportation, activities, and some meals as specified. However, we can assist you in finding the best flight options and provide recommendations upon request.

A: Absolutely! We warmly welcome travellers from all around the world to join our tours. While we may be based in the UK, our tours are open to anyone with a passion for exploration and adventure, regardless of location. We have had the pleasure of hosting travellers from various countries, and bringing together a diverse group of like-minded individuals is always exciting.

So, no matter where you're from, we would be delighted to have you join us on an unforgettable journey.

Our group sizes vary, with a minimum of 4 or 5 and a maximum of 16. Some groups will be slightly bigger if the tour is a limited edition or happens only once or twice that year,  in which case the maximum will be 22.

By keeping the groups relatively small we can take care of you better.

A: A standard ticket is for sharing a twin room. On occasion, this will be a triple room if we are staying in unique accommodation.

You can opt for a single room for a surcharge. These are limited in availability so it is better to save your single room as soon as you know that is your preference.

A: Our cancellation policy is designed to provide clarity and fairness to all our valued guests. Here are the key details:

1. Deposit: Upon booking, a deposit is required to secure your spot on the tour. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable. We recommend carefully considering your travel plans before making the deposit payment.

2. Full Payment: The full payment for the tour is due 6-8 weeks prior to the trip departure date. This allows us to finalise all necessary arrangements to ensure a seamless travel experience.

3. Non-Refundable: Once the final payment is made, it becomes non-refundable. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds after the final payment has been made.

We highly recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations and unexpected events. Travel insurance can help safeguard your investment and provide financial protection in case of any unforeseen situations that may prevent you from joining the tour.

A: You’ll only really need money for souvenirs, meals outside of those included above and tips you may wish to give your guides and driver. Everything else – transport, tickets for experiences and historical sites, tours, main meals and more, are covered by us.

We recommend you bring a mixture of cash and card. We highly recommend that you always have cash in the local currency on you.

 A: We offer a variety of accommodation options to suit different preferences and budgets. Our trips are now categorised according to the type of accommodation you are staying in:

First Class tours:  5* hotels/50% of your stay, and 4* for the other 50% of your stay.

Premium tours: 4* hotels for at least 50% of your stay, with the rest of your trip in handpicked, boutique, beautiful hotels. This is where the majority of our tours sit.

Comfort tours: Hand-selected locally run accommodation that is usually suitable for hiking trips. You'l have access to all the same facilities that you would expect in a hotel such as a private bathroom, and shower.

 A: You will need to check against your nationality the visa requirements for any tours you plan to join with us. Halal Travel Guide will not be held responsible if you fail to check the appropriate visa rules.
