Should your trip not take place due to Covid-19 restrictions, don’t worry – you won't lose your deposit. You can transfer your booking onto the next available trip or keep your deposit on file with us at no extra charge.
When is full payment due?
Full and final payment should be made no later than 4 weeks before your trip departure date.
What about Covid-related cancellations after I've paid the full ticket price?
Alhamdulillah throughout 2020 we were able to refund all deposits and full payments, which we felt was very important as the pandemic took everybody by surprise. Despite the impact this had on our business, we prioritised refunding all trip payments as our no.1 priority is always to offer our guests the best customer service.
Going forward for 2021 it just isn't financially viable for us to continue refunding all deposit payments, as there are unrecoverable costs that are incurred with each booking. Our guests remain our no.1 priority, which is why we have made it possible for you to transfer your deposit onto the next available trip, free of charge. If you still want to cancel your trip completely, you will receive your full refund minus the deposit payment, to cover the costs associated with managing your booking.
Of course, we understand that sometimes life happens and things don’t go to plan. That’s why you can cancel your reservation up to 6 weeks before the departure date without being charged for your full ticket price. We’ll keep your £60 deposit payment to cover the administrative costs associated with the cancellation of your booking. Cancellation any later than this is liable to a fee to cover the cost of hotel and activity bookings.
