We'll pick you up at Kuala Lumpur International Airport during the airport transfer window, and take you straight to your hotel to check in at the opulent Shangri-La hotel, your oasis during our stay in Malaysia's bustling capital city.

You'll have some free time to rest, catch up on sleep after your long journey, and explore the surrounding area. You're in a fantastic location close to KLCC, Petronas Twin Towers and a local park, where you can stretch your legs before dinner.

 Day Two of our 'Golden Voyage: Malaysia & Singapore' is all about jumping right into the heart of Malaysia! After breakfast, we're diving into the flavours of the country with a local cookery experience. Get your hands delightfully messy as you unravel the secrets of Malaysian cuisine.

In the afternoon, it's time for a spiritual recharge. Visit the breathtaking Federal Territory Mosque and find your moment of inner peace. Then, bask in the historical aura of the Masjid Jamek Mosque and explore Malaysia's deep-rooted Islamic legacy. Get ready for an inspirational journey at the Islamic Arts Museum, where you'll see the world through a whole new lens.

Optional Activity: Spark your creativity at a Batik workshop and weave a little bit of you into your own Batik masterpiece.  Batik is a traditional art form where intricate patterns are created on fabric using wax-resistant dyeing techniques. It's a rich expression of cultural heritage, blending creativity, patience and vibrant colours.

This evening you'll have some free time. Perhaps you'd like to visit the iconic Petronas Twin Towers or go shopping and enjoy the wide selection of modest fashion and halal street food. Whatever you choose, Day Two is all about immersing you in Malaysian heritage, culture and creativity.

Overnight in KL

Today we'll be taking you for a drive outside of KL to visit the iconic Pink Mosque in Putrajaya, the federal administrative capital of Malaysia. Considered one of the prettiest mosques in Malaysia, Putra Mosque is unique and a must-visit when in Malaysia.

You'll have a guided tour inside this pink-domed mosque with their in-house guide, so you'll get the story behind the design of this architectural masterpiece. What's also interesting about this mosque is that it looks like it's floating because it is located on the edge of a lake.

For lunch, we've pinpointed the ideal locale to savour an authentic Malaysian meal.

Post-lunch, we're hitting the road back to KL. Here, the rest of the day is yours to script. Make it your mission to explore, recharge or maybe even discover something unexpected.

 Day Four of 'A Golden Voyage: Malaysia & Singapore' is all about the enchanting allure of the Cameron Highlands. Today we'll switch gears from city vibes to highland zen. 

Prepare to immerse yourself in the emerald carpet of the BOH Tea Plantation, the largest black tea manufacturer in Malaysia that has been brewing exceptional quality teas since 1929.

Then, venture into the ethereal Mossy Forest, where every step unveils a captivating world of greenery. Next, it's a whirlwind of colour at the Butterfly Farm, a dazzling spectacle of nature's winged jewels.

Our final stop is Raju's Strawberry Farm, where you get to pick and relish the freshest, juiciest strawberries. As the evening rolls in, enjoy the highland serenity as you ponder on the day’s adventures.  Welcome to Day Five of 'A Golden Voyage: Malaysia & Singapore', an immersive journey across beautiful landscapes. Say farewell to the Cameron Highlands as we journey to Ipoh, a charming city known for its colonial architecture and vibrant street art.

Spend the afternoon exploring Ipoh's alluring blend of culture and history. Discover hidden gems and fall in love with this unique city that straddles the old and new with effortless grace.

As the sun starts to set, we make our way to Penang. This multicultural island brims with energy and excitement. Here, you'll rest and recharge overnight, ready for the next day's exploration. Day Five encapsulates the heart and soul of Malaysia, transporting you through diverse landscapes and experiences.

Tonight you'll sleep in luxury in Georgetown, one of the most exciting places to stay in Penang.

Day Six of 'A Golden Voyage: Malaysia & Singapore' unfolds in the pulsating heart of Penang. Kick off the day with a unique ride on the Penang Hill Funicular, followed by the breathtaking views from Penang Hill itself. Capture the spectacular landscapes as you breathe in the fresh mountain air.

Then, it's time to put on your explorer's hat with a walking tour of Georgetown. Wander the vibrant streets, soak up the colonial charm, and yes, the tour includes the two majestic old mansions that this town is famous for. Immerse yourself in the city's living history as every corner reveals a new tale.

Your spiritual journey connecting the history of Islam in Malaysia continues with a visit to the mesmerising Kapitan Keling Mosque. Here, experience the serenity of prayer amidst the beauty of Islamic architecture.

A trip to Penang wouldn't be complete without exploring this city's vibrant street food scene, so prepare to enjoy some of the best street food you can find in Malaysia!

Day Six is about celebrating the rich tapestry of Malaysian life, history, faith and food.

Day Seven sweeps you off on a picturesque drive from Penang to the jewel of Kedah, Langkawi. Exchange the city's energetic hum for the lulling whispers of the sea. Watch the landscapes morph from bustling streets to swaying palms and cerulean waters.

Upon landing, we'll take a short walking tour. Feel the pulse of the city as we weave through Singapore's fascinating streets. Discover its blend of tradition and innovation, where old-world charm meets modern elegance.

You're invited to join us on our farewell lunch in Singapore, our final opportunity to enjoy some of the delicious halal local food together.
